    Ralph brings over 13 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong foundation in leadership and operations. He served as a Team Leader for nearly a decade and was recognized as Team Leader of the Year (2019) for his outstanding performance and team development. At Eleveal, Ralph has taken on key leadership roles, previously serving as Managing Director, where he oversaw Finance, HR, Facilities, and supported core operations. He successfully helped launch and manage the company’s CPA program, sustaining its performance for over a year. Now as General Manager, Ralph focuses on strengthening operations, driving team performance, and supporting the company’s continuous growth. He is committed to building a culture where people can thrive, develop, and deliver exceptional results.
